By agreeing to the T & C, you are agreeing and acknowledging that you are aware that the above Personal Data will be collected, stored and processed by Us if you seek Our Services.

CONTACT INFORMATION [“CONTACT DETAILS”]

We collect and store contact information such as residence address, office address, email address, landline phone number, mobile phone number in order that we may convey the status of your request/ application for Services and/ or send any marketing and sales communications.

  • Your Contact Details may be used by Us to contact you in relation to the Services you seek from Us or queries you may raise upon Us or in relation to marketing / sales communications by Us.

YOUR RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES IN RELATION TO SUCH INFORMATION THAT WE COLLECT

You have the right to review and/ or edit the Personal Data or Contact Details provided by you within a reasonable time-window [i.e., before We commence providing the contracted Services].

You may, at any point of time within the abovementioned time-window, refuse to give consent (in writing) to providing and/ or Us using your Personal data or Contact Details, in which case, We are free to refuse to provide Services.

You may at any point in time withdraw your consent (in writing), given earlier, to Us using your Personal data or Contact Details, in which case, We shall be free to refuse to provide Services/ abort the processing of your application in relation to such Services, as the case may be.

Please note that you warrant the correctness, accuracy and authenticity of the Personal Data and Contact Details you provide Us with and that We are in no way responsible for the correctness, accuracy and authenticity of the same.

OUR POLICY ON ADDRESSING GRIEVANCES IN RELATION TO PROCESSING INFORMATION

In case of any grievances in relation to the processing of your Personal Data, kindly write to “Grievance Officer”, at grievance.officer@rtosuvidha.com. We will endeavour to redress your grievance(s) as expeditiously as possible and, in any case, within a maximum time period of one month from the date of you writing to Us about the same. Please note that you will receive an acknowledgment from Us upon Us receiving your grievance.

STORAGE OF INFORMATION

We retain your Personal Data in Our databases only until the completion of Services sought by you. All Personal Data provided by you shall be erased from Our databases on the 183rd day from the date of completion of Services. However, We shall retain information relating to the Services you sought from Us such as, for example, information relating to the driving license, badge number, vehicle number etc.

Your Personal Data is stored in India, on servers of a web-hosting provider engaged by Us for the same, and on the servers used by third-parties who We directly sub-contract work to in order that We may render Services sought by you.

Your Contact Details will be stored offline in Our own database that We maintain in Our computers and hard discs.

TRANSFER OF INFORMATION TO THIRD-PARTIES

By agreeing to the T & C (and thereby to the terms of this Privacy Policy) and acknowledging the terms of this Privacy Policy, you agree that We may transfer your Personal Data and/ or Contact Details to third-parties, located either within India or outside India, in their capacity as Our sub-contractors to the extent that it is necessary for Us to render Services sought by you.

We assure you that Our sub-contractors shall follow the same standards of privacy, vis-à-vis your Personal Data, as laid down in this Privacy Policy.

We assure you that the said third-party sub-contractors will not transfer your Personal Data further to any other party expect for the purposes of completion of Services. We or Our third-party sub-contractors will not publish your Personal Data under any circumstances.

DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION

We may disclose your Personal Data and Contact Details, in the following circumstances, without prior notice to you:

if required by law or orders of a court of law or procedure established by law;

  • if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is essential in order to prevent (or as a response to) fraud, cyber attacks or protect and preserve Our Website and other clients’ interests;

  • if called upon to do so by government agencies;

  • if we merge or are acquired by another enterprise.

SHARING PERSONAL DATA AND CONTACT DETAILS WITH THIRD-PARTIES

We will be required to share your Personal Data and Contact Details with third-parties in order that such third-parties may facilitate Us rendering Services to you. These third-parties include but are not limited to the following: Our sub-contractors and payment processors. We recommend that you familiarize yourself with the privacy policies of Our payment processors.We are not in any way responsible for their privacy practices.



OUR ‘COOKIE POLICY’

  • We and Our service providers use cookies, tracking pixels, web beacons and other technologies [“Tools”] that allow Us and Our service providers to gather the following types of data. Log Data- Information such as the URLs of the websites you visit; your Internet Protocol address, search queries, browser type and settings etc.

  • Cookie Data- Information about your personal preferences, advertisements you view or click on, log-in details (so that you do not have to sign-in each time you visit websites), sections of websites you visit frequently [Cookies may collect data that is specific to your log-in account with Our Website or data about your usage of other websites].

  • Device information- Type of device you use to visit websites including Our Website, operating system used by you. Device information access also depends upon the type of device used- i.e., Mac or PC / iPhone or Android phone etc. and therefore, it is recommended that you familiarize yourself with the privacy practices of such device manufacturer.

  • Social media data- You may choose to avail Our Services, enter Our Website via search engines on social media websites. Our Website may also contain links to social media websites. OUR ‘ADVERTISEMENT POLICY’

As explained above, Our Website uses Tools, which enable Us to learn about what advertisements you see, what advertisements you click on and other actions you take on Our Website and other sites. This allows Us to show you more relevant advertisements.

We reserve the right to revise the Privacy Policy by modifying/ amending the Privacy Policy from time to time to keep the same updated and in compliance with any changes in the applicable law. All such modifications or amendments to the Privacy Policy shall be effective upon the revised Privacy Policy being posted on the Website. You agree to be bound by all such future revised versions of the Privacy Policy when you continue to use Our Website and/ or Services or when you agree to the T & C on the Website or when you use Our Website and / or Services after any such revised version is posted on the Website.
